AUCloud, an award-winning provider of cyber security, sovereign cloud and managed IT services has announced strategic appointments to its senior leadership team following recent growth and the acquisitions of PCG Cyber, Venn IT and Arado.
In a statement to the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), AUCloud announced several new senior appointments including Joshua Mann as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and David Milin as Head of Cyber Security.
Joshua Mann
Chief Operating Officer
Joshua Mann has joined AUCloud’s ranks as Chief Operating Officer. With over two decades of executive experience, Josh has forged a career in maturing businesses for sustainable growth, particularly in high-growth technology and services businesses. Josh was previously General Manager of Cloud, GTM & Complex Solutions for Newfold Digital, which acquired Hostopia. Prior to that Mr Mann was Head of Business Development for Thales.
David Milin
Head of Cyber Security
David Milin has been appointed as AUCloud’s new Head of Cyber Security, joining AUCloud following the acquisition of PCG Cyber where he was the Founder and Managing Director. David brings over 20 years of experience in government and commercial sectors where he specialised in Governance, IT operations, risk management, and cyber security consulting.
Theo Tragoudistakis
Chief Financial Officer
Theo Tragoudistakis has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr Tragoudistakis joined AUCloud in June 2023, having previously been Director of Finance, Australia for global technology provider Dye & Durham (TSX: DND).
Geoff Hughes
General Manager, QLD & SA
Geoff Hughes, has been appointed to the role of General Manager of South Australia and Queensland, previously Founder and Managing Director of Venn IT solutions.
These appointments join the Senior Leadership Team, comprised of Rafe Berding, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Bernadette Jenkinson, Head of Public Sector and Amanda Ball, Chief People Officer under the leadership of Peter Maloney, Managing Director & CEO.
AUCloud CEO and Managing Director, Peter Maloney, said that the appointment of these highly credentialled specialists within the leadership team will help navigate the company’s growth.
